Recording of a panel discussion on The Communities of the Kalahari Photo Mentorship Project which took place in August 2020. This significant initiative devised by the Market Photo Workshop intervenes into a complex visual history of the region. Kalahari Now: Old Photographic Histories, New Visual Practices marks this intervention by reflecting on the history of representation that has come to define indigenous communities in Africa.
