La Gomera is part of a long-term research project concerned with issues of language endangerment with particular reference to the environment.

In conversation with writer and curator Nancy Hynes to contextualise the work, the artist will present material gathered in the course of the research. Prior screening they will discuss and deliberate upon issues of process and translation which have led to the current development of the work.
