Academic-in-Residence at University of Witwatersrand, South Africa
(2007-09-11)
This Residency enables the continuation of research into the death of the N/u language began during the NESTA Fellowship in 2003 and the story of two sisters from the Western Kalahari. Access to Africana Collection at the William Cullen Library whose specialist holding relates to the work has been invaluable. There will be participation in the education programme at the school of Fine Arts through a series of workshops and DIVA lecture series where visiting scholars present current research to staff and students across the University.
